iPhone 12 / 13 Face ID not Working After Replacing Back Glass?

After removing the shattered back cover. 

Oops! What the hell is wrong here.

Doesn't seen to break Face ID?

Upon debugging, the flashlight button is greyed out.

Now here, there's a small torn on the flashlight cable.

Change the cable and then Face ID working properly again.

Conclusion: Flashlight cable also affects Face ID function for iPhone 12 / 13 series.
