From time to time, after fixing the customers phone, the NFC or Apple Pay becomes malfunction. 

Here're the 3 most important things to check.

We are using an iPhone 12 Mini as demo.

This is The NFC antenna, check if it's broken or whether it's connected properly.

Check if any of the two screws are missing.

The NFC will not work with this metal plate even if the screws are in place.
